A Holistic Approach to Healing

Prior to private practice, I served at a child advocacy center in Texas, providing individual and family therapy for children navigating trauma. I have worked extensively with caregivers to process their own trauma, manage anxiety, and develop effective coping skills.

Born in Texas but raised globally, I developed a deep appreciation for the diverse paths people walk. Outside of the office, I find peace in nature, reading, and music, but my greatest joy is time spent with my two daughters.

I recognize that faith can be a powerful source of healing for some and a complicated history for others. I strive to meet every client exactly where they are—whether you are looking to incorporate Christian principles into our work or prefer a non-religious, spiritual, or secular approach.
